Shipping policy
Shipping:
Flat Rate applies to all orders under 5kg total weight.
Free Shipping only applies to orders over $80, shipped within Australia, are under 5kg in weight, and are sent with Standard Speed Postage. Large/Fragile items are NOT included in the FREE SHIPPING
All parcels are sent with Australia Post Regular Mail Service (unless express is chosen at checkout) and a tracking number will be supplied when the order is completed and sent. Shipping time estimates are listed below for shipping in Australia. For international, time frames cannot be given due to conditions out of our control.
Packing and Processing - 2-3 Business days
Regular Post - 2-10 Business Days
Express Post - 1-3 Business Days
"Local Delivery" applies only to addresses within the 4670 postcode.
In the event of Payment not being completed, orders will not be shipped out until the payment has cleared. An example of this is payment via PayPal E-Check. This usually takes 3-5 days to clear from PayPal.
International Shipping is charged at cost, and we are unable to offer any discount on that.
***Please note, these times are estimates, and there are many different conditions/anomalies that can affect shipping times. Should we know of any delays, we will contact you personally. Alternatively, you can view where your parcel was last scanned on the Australia Post 'Track and Trace' Website.***
Cave & Large Items
Shipping on Caves and Large Items is not calculated on checkout. Rather, a separate invoice will be sent after the order has been placed. Below is an approx. cost per kg for shipping caves to capital cities. To get an accurate shipping quote, please send an email to info@boonscrystals.com with the item you are interested in, and you full shipping address.

Sydney - $3.90 / kg
Melbourne - $4.70 / kg
Hobart - $12.30 / kg
Adelaide - $5.70 / kg
Perth - $8.10 / kg
Darwin - $12.30 / kg
Shipping Insurance is not included in the above price, and is up to the customer if they would like to add it at an additional cost.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we can accept a return. If you would like to return an order, please contact us @ info@boonscrystals.com
Returns are to be sent back to us in the original condition, packed in a safe and secure way, using tracked shipping (tracking number provided to us). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the items have been received and checked over, there are 2 options for returning of money. Either a store credit (in the form of a gift certificate) for the full amount of the order (minus all shipping costs), or a direct refund to the original payment method, minus 10% for payment processing fees, and all shipping costs.
All order issues (missing item, damaged, or request for return) must be brought to our attention with 14 days of receipt of delivery (as per Australia Post Tracking Details)
