Where is your shop? Our Storefront is located at 11 Targo Street, Bundaberg Central, Queensland. We are open 9:30am - 4:30pm Tuesday - Friday, and 9:00am - 1:00pm Saturday. 

Can you identify a stone for me? As a qualified Gemmologist, I am happy to assist you with identifying your stone. However, please note that for a comprehensive Identification Report, there will be an additional charge. So feel free to reach out to me with any questions or inquiries, and I will do my best to help you with your stone identification needs. Read more "Here"

Can I Layby? We don't do Layby, however, we offer Afterpay and Zip Pay both In-Store and Online. (Click the link on the names to find out more.)

Where do you get your stones from? I have developed good relationships with suppliers all around the world. The allows me to source stones from Brazil, China, America, India, Thailand, Australia, and pretty much anywhere else!

Do you have (Insert Stone Name Here)? The best way to see if we have a certain product is to use the search function. Ensure you are spelling it correctly, as some stone names can differ. *Special Note regarding MOLDAVITE. Currently due to a online trend, Moldavite prices have increased 10x if not more. If you are happy to pay approx. $80-$100/ gram, I can source some. To read more, See THIS post.

Do you ship internationally? Currently we only ship to Australia, America, and New Zealand, UK, and most of Europe.

Can I buy Wholesale? I am primarily a retail based store, however I do offer Bulk Deals. I try to offer very competitive prices, and since I directly import from all over the world, I am able to offer products without the markup that comes from dealing with 2nd or 3rd level wholesalers.
