Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our store in Bundaberg, Queensland.

How long does delivery take?

All regular orders are shipped using Australia Post, with larger items shipping via TNT/Fedex. Packing and processing is estimated to take 1-2 business days, with shipping time depending on delivery method chosen. For full shipping information please view our policy page HERE

What are the shipping costs?

We offer many different shipping options for all budgets / timeframes.

Flat Rate Standard Shipping* - $10.50
Express Shipping – Starts @ $15.50*
Free Shipping on orders over $150*
*Shipping prices listed are for orders under 5kg*
Large Items & Caves - Shipping for Larger Items and Caves is done through TNT (Soon to be FedEx Express). At this time, Shipping is not calculated on checkout. For approx. costs to ship these items, please see our shipping policy “HERE”

International

International shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on order weight.

Can I Click & Collect?

Yes you can! Click and Collect is available at our Bundaberg Based Store. Simply select “Pick Up In-store” on checkout. Click & Collect orders are available during our regular opening hours.

Do you have local delivery?

For all of our customers in the 4670 postcode we are excited to offer local delivery! All orders over $100 have the option for FREE local delivery ($10.00 if order is under $100)

Do you offer returns?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we can accept a return. If you would like to return an order, please contact us at info@boonscrystals.com

Returns are to be sent back to us in the original condition, packed in a safe and secure way, using tracked shipping (tracking number provided to us). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Once the items have been received and checked over, there are 2 options for returning of money. Either a store credit (in the form of a gift certificate) for the full amount of the order (minus all shipping costs), or a direct refund to the original payment method, minus 10% for payment processing fees, and all shipping costs.

Something broke in shipping. Help!

Stones can be fragile at times, so we do our best to package everything up to make sure it arrives to you safe and sound. In the case something has gone wrong, please send an email to info@boonscrystals.com with photos of the damaged items.
You will be required to return the item/s to Boon’s Crystals using the pre-paid return shipping label provided. The return must be lodged at the counter of your nearest Australia Post. Once we receive the item/s, we will process the return. 

If the damaged items value is over $15 we will ship out a replacement ASAP with no extra cost to the customer. For damaged items under $15 A refund / store credit will be offered. 

If the damaged item is no longer in stock or is unavailable, we will offer a replacement item to the same or higher value with your consent. Alternatively, a store credit or refund can be offered.

What do I do if my order is missing an item?

Mistakes can happen, and we understand how frustrating it can be. We do our best to check over every order before it leaves, so first please check all bags / boxes to ensure the item hasn’t moved during shipping. If you have checked and it is still missing, please send an email to info@boonscrystals.com with a photo of everything you received, and the packing slip. 

In the case of a missing item, if its value is over $15 we will ship out a replacement ASAP with no extra cost to the customer. For missing items under $15. A refund / store credit will be offered.

Can I cancel my order once I’ve placed it?

If you have decided to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will incur a 10% cancellation fee. This fee is to cover payment fees that are non-refundable to us. The 10% cancelation fee is calculated on the total order price, including shipping, and is deducted from the refund amount. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any orders once they have been dispatched.

What payment methods are available?

Here @ Boon’s Crystals we want everyone to have access to amazing crystals, gemstones, minerals, and more. This is why we offer buy now pay later payment methods such as afterpay, Zip, and paypal in 4. We also have the usual payment methods such as; secure card payments and paypal.

When do you get new stock?

New stock is arriving weekly! I endeavor to have a new release of stock every Saturday @ 8:00am QLD time. Some stock drops will be huge, and others will just be re-stocks of sold-out favourites.

Can I buy wholesale?

At this time we are not offering wholesale, however, we will be starting to implement bundle/bulk deals, where the more of a type of product you buy, the more you save!

Where do you source your products?

I work with suppliers, miners, and producers all around the world, mainly in countries like Brazil, China, America, India, and Australia. By doing this, I can ensure that the items I am sourcing are of good quality, and that the workers are treated fairly. For items that I am unable to get direct from the source, I work with wholesalers who can ensure that my high standards are met!

How do I choose the right stone for me or someone else?

Picking the right stone can be a very important choice! For me, I have found that when looking, something will either pull you to it, or stand out to you! When this happens, have a read of the Healing Keywords, and the intentions associated with it, and you will find out why that is meant for you! Picking for someone else? Think about that person and keep them in your mind while browsing our items. Similarly, something will stand out to you.

How do I search for a certain stone?

Our website makes it easy to find something you love! At the top of the page is our search function, simply type in the name of a stone / product you are looking for. Please be aware that some stones are given “trade” names, which can be different to their true name. (Eg. Indian Jade is Aventurine). Alternatively, we have a filter option that can be used to scroll through and select the stones you are looking for.

Can you Identify this stone for me?

As a qualified gemmologist, I am happy to assist with identifying your stone. However, please note that for a comprehensive Identification report, there will be an additional charge. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or enquiries, and I will do my best to help. Read more HERE

Where is your store?

Boon’s Crystals physical store is located @ 11 Targo Street, Bundaberg Central, QLD. We are open Tuesday – Saturday, and attend selected markets around the Wide Bay area (more coming soon)
