Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we can accept a return. If you would like to return an order, please contact us @ info@boonscrystals.com
Returns are to be sent back to us in the original condition, packed in a safe and secure way, using tracked shipping (tracking number provided to us). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the items have been received and checked over, there are 2 options for returning of money. Either a store credit (in the form of a gift certificate) for the full amount of the order (minus all shipping costs), or a direct refund to the original payment method, minus 10% for payment processing fees, and all shipping costs.
All order issues (missing item, damaged, or request for return) must be brought to our attention with 14 days of receipt of delivery (as per Australia Post Tracking Details)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
