Fordite is essentially a "by product". It comes from the overspray of car painting, where layers of different colour build up over time, allowing for these unique and beautiful patterns. While the original type came from the Ford factory in Detroit, now different varieties are available from other brands and factories.

Stunning stone
Absolutely beautiful moonstone and the shape is perfect
I was a little disappointed with this one. The single opal was not the prettiest and I paid $46 for it but I guess you win some and you loose some. I am sure it’s worth it. I think the description could be better
